For all those who are not really familiar with Japanese cuisine, Hiyashi Chuka, is cold noodles served with lots of toppings. (Toppings can vary, but popular toppings are thin omelette strips, boiled chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, beni shoga) During a hot summer, this is something we enjoy so much.
